Financial Institutions

I work with Investment Program Managers and Retail Executives in Financial Institutions to create a plan to increase the productivity of the financial services programs in the bank and credit union branches.

I’ve worked with clients including Citibank, Smith Barney, Allegacy Credit Union, Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, Patelco Credit Union, and Etrade among others.

Small Businesses

I have been a successful small business owner since 1989.  I’ve been on the Statewide Advisory Board of the New Mexico Small Business Development Center since 2008.  While living in San Francisco, I  was on the Board of Directors of the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center from 1993 to 2003.  Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of small business owners in various stages of their development. 

Financial Planning

I work with Financial Planners and their teams to help them increase their productivity and the enjoyment of their work.  If you’re looking for someone to support you in becoming much more successful, we can create a plan to make that happen.  I’ve worked with hundreds of teams over the year, using business plans and practice management tools and strategies.

Conference Speaking

I am a dynamic speaker lecturing nationally and internationally on topics related to professional and personal development. Over the years I have spoken at CUSO Financial Services annual conference many times, Navy Federal Credit Union Annual Financial Services conference in Virginia, the California Professional Businesswomen’s conference, and the University of California's Leadership Conference for Women, among other events. In addition, I was a speaker at a conference organized by the United Nations held in Beijing, China. I was also a speaker at the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Liberal Arts Career Day, sharing my professional success and experience with the undergraduates.
