Meet Rosanne

I’m an accomplished consultant providing employee training and coaching, executive and staff recruiting and business consulting to organizations throughout the country for over thirty-five years. From 1989 to 2009, I was the Principal of R. M. Roberts and Associates, LLC.  My clients were small and medium size companies and financial planning practices inside and outside of financial institutions.

From 2009, I was employed by one of my clients.  During that period, I held the position of Program Manager, overseeing the productivity of 25 Financial Advisors (4 years) and Learning and Development Director and Dream Manager (6 years). During those six years, I oversaw the professional development of Program Managers, Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants across the country, as well as, managers and staff at the home office.  I hold the FINRA securities licenses series 7, 66 and New Mexico insurance licenses.

I returned to my role as the Principal of R. M. Roberts and Associates, LLC in late 2019.  I continue to work with small business, medium size companies, financial institutions and financial planning practices, among other groups.  I’ve been on the Statewide Advisory Board of the New Mexico Small Business Development Center since 2008.  While living in San Francisco, I  was on the Board of Directors of the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center from 1993 to 2003.  Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of small business owners in various stages of their development. 

I work with all of my clients to first identify their goals and objectives and then to create a strategy to reach and exceed them. I have an outstanding track record of success working with management, staff and teams to improve their performance. 

I’ve worked with clients, inside and outside of the financial services industry. These include Visa Corporation, Citibank, Ross Stores, Stanford University, Allegacy Credit Union, Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, Patelco Credit Union, and Etrade, among others.
