What's Your 2021 Plan?

Happy 2021! Do you have your business plan in place?

Your business plan should include: -Income and sales goals for the year -Activities that will support you in reaching those goals, including your marketing plan, communications plan to existing clients, networking plans (includes joining associations, attending meetings, taking leadership roles in your community, etc.) -Using the SWOT analysis - identifying your strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and threats -Creating a plan to overcome the weaknesses and threats that you've identified -Having a person to hold you accountable
